At Brown Computer Solutions we offer in store and on site service solutions. In store service is typically the most cost effective and fastest service solution. On site service is typically most effective in environments where there are multiple computers or complex configurataions that are not easily carried in for service.

As an Apple Authorized Service provider, Brown Computer Solutions, Inc. provides in store and on site warranty service for Apple Products.

In addition to providing a complete service solution for Apple Products, Brown Computer Solutions also provides a full set of hardware and software services for PC Users.

Computers serviced at Brown Computer Solutions will be serviced by date and time of arrival. If there is a need for a repair to be completed immediately, Emergency services are offered.

Service Rates

In-Store Services:   $80.00 per hour In-Store One on One Training:   $35.00 per ½ hour On Site Services:   $95.00 per hour + Travel Charge (Outside Brattleboro)
Emergency In-Store Services:   $125.00 per hour (1 hour minimum) Emergency On Site Services:   $150.00 per hour + Travel Charge (1 hour minimum)
