Service Department
Applicants for service department positions should be familiar with troubleshooting in both Mac and Windows environments. Certifications are beneficial and will be required to maintain employment in the service department. Service technicians should possess both technical and customer service skills. Servicing computers is as much about helping the customer as it is the computer.
Sales Department
Applicants for sales department positions should be experienced Mac users and have familiarity with the Windows environment. Comparing Windows and Mac environments may be key to making a sale. Customer service skills are key for this position. Sales personnel will be required to maintain Apple Product Professional status each year.
